Forest bathing
Forest bathing is a popular way of benefiting your health by going outside and just enjoy nature. It is proven that it actually benefits your health. In Japan it is also known as shinrin-yoku. It has helped many people in Japan and is now on the up rise in America. When we went out side to forest bath, some people were talking or even throwing things. While forest bathing you have to be quite and appreciate nature. It sounds weird in your head but when you actually try it, it is nit even that bad. If people that only sit inside and don't do anything all day can do it you can too, just go out there and try it.
